H & H Excavating LLC, a veteren owned small business, was formed in 2008 to fill the need for a medium size excavating company that can take raw land and turn it into buildable lots or beyond. With our extensive background in construction and development, we cater to the developer who needs a full service site preparation company to handle all the details. We are TDEC certified for erosion control. We pride ourselves in conductingour business ethically, fairly and professionally at all times. We also provide consulting services for a wide variety of project types.

Principles
Dave Hayner, co-owner and chief manager of H & H Excavating, is a third generation construction management professional. He has been a licensed contractor in the state of Tennessee for 12 years. Dave is a Desert Storm War Veteran with over 12 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Hayner has managed the construction of over 1500 residential structures and over 30 residential and commercial land development projects.

Tom Howard, co-owner and manager of H & H Excavating, has 15 years of management experience. Six years of that experience is in excavating.
