H & H Excavating LLC was formed in 2008 to fill the need for a medium size excavating company that can take raw land and turn it into buildable lots. With our background in development, we cater to the developer who needs a full service site preparation company to handle all the details. We are a veteran owned small business. We are also TDEC certified for erosion control.

People
Dave Hayner, co-owner and chief manager of H & H Excavating, is a third generation construction management professional. He has been a licensed contractor in the state of Tennessee for 10 years. Dave is a Desert Storm War Veteran with over 12 years of service in the U.S. Army Reserves. Mr. Hayner has managed the construction of over 1500 residential structures and over 30 residential and commercial land development projects.

Tom Howard, co-owner and manager of H & H Excavating, has 10 years of management experience. Four years of that experience is in excavating.
